Triad Conferences are happening this week! If you have not signed up yet, please make sure to sign up with your child’s teacher as soon as possible.

What is a Triad Conference?

Triads are an opportunity to build a strong school-home partnership. Parent(s), student, and teacher all take part in the conference. Students will have a prominent role, so please make sure your child attends the Triad with you.

Please note that Boys & Girls Club will NOT be available this week  due to Triad Conferences.

TK & KN Daycare will be available until 12:30 PM only on these minimum days.

Please plan accordingly for your child’s care and dismissal arrangements.

We would like to remind families about an important campus safety concern. Recently, we have noticed an increase in students bringing glass bottles of perfume and cologne to school and spraying them in classrooms and restrooms.

While we appreciate our students taking pride in their personal grooming, this has created health and safety concerns on campus:

Strong fragrances and excessive spraying can trigger allergic reactions, headaches, and respiratory issues, particularly for individuals with asthma. To help maintain a safe and comfortable breathing environment for everyone, our classrooms and shared spaces should remain fragrance-free.

Glass containers can break and cause serious injuries. Per school policy, glass containers are not permitted on campus.

Moving forward, any glass fragrance bottles brought to campus or fragrances sprayed in common spaces may be confiscated by staff and held for parent/guardian pickup, in accordance with our student conduct and discipline guidelines.

Students should be in their seats by 8:00 AM each school day. 🧒 TK PM & Kindergarten PM students start at 11:45 AM Monday–Thursday and 8:00 AM on Fridays.

Students arriving after 8:05 AM (or after their scheduled start time) must be signed in at the Front Office by a parent/guardian. 📝 Please refer to the Bell Schedule and Academic Calendar when planning appointments or vacations.

ST-IS is available for qualifying absences due to illness, medical appointments, or planned family vacations. Requests must be made through the Front Office and are available for up to 15 school days. Longer requests require Administrative approval.

✍️ A Parent Agreement must be signed, and all assigned work must be completed and returned by the due date to receive attendance credit.

 Important: If you signed the ST-IS Agreement at Back to School Night, you must still come into the Front Office to sign the agreement before requesting Independent Study.

Identifying and demonstrating emotions means noticing what is happening inside your mind and body — like feeling happy, frustrated, nervous, or excited — and choosing safe, healthy ways to express those feelings.

As we grow, we learn to understand bigger emotions, speak up about what we need, and use self-control to handle tough situations and get along with others. Recognizing our emotions helps us understand ourselves and make healthy choices. 💚

We are pleased to inform you that all enrolled students at Allegiance STEAM Academy are eligible to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at school at NO CHARGE for the 2026-2027 school year! No further action is required of you.

We know our families and Wolves are eager for updates on our campus environment. We want to provide our families with an update on our physical campus—both the direct improvements our team has implemented and the status of district-managed projects.

To ensure our students have a secure and comfortable learning environment, our ASA Fontana team has directly initiated and completed several recent upgrades:

Because ASA Fontana leases our campus facility, capital improvements and structural property developments are managed through Fontana Unified School District (FUSD).

While the initial playground installation phase has been completed on the campus, the space requires a few remaining finishing items and final safety inspections before it can be officially opened for regular student use.

We share our families' enthusiasm for a fully completed campus and appreciate your patience while these final property details are finalized. We will continue to share updates as soon as confirmed timelines are provided by the district.
