Consistent attendance builds responsibility, character and readiness for the future. From February 17 through March 6, 2026, all Allegiance STEAM Academy students (TK–8) have the opportunity to be entered into a special drawing — simply by demonstrating consistency and commitment.
Students who meet this expectation will be entered into a drawing for a Family Fun Night at an Ontario Reign hockey game in a private suite with food included. Thanks to the generous support of BCM Group, Inc. Construction Management, two families from our Chino campus and two families from our Fontana campus will win.
- Students will 100% attendance from February 16 through March 6, 2026 will be entered into a random drawing
- Each winning family may bring up to four family members.
- Fontana Winners will attend Wednesday, March 11
To qualify, students must have: • Zero absences (No excused or unexcused) • Zero tardies • Zero early pickups Short-term Independent Study may be utilized for unavoidable absences. Contact the attendance office to learn more.
At ASA, attendance is more than a requirement — it is preparation for college, career and life readiness. Let's work together to help students understand that consistency matters.
Let’s show up — together. |
As we prepare for the 2026–2027 academic year, we are sharing the major session dates to help families plan ahead.

We know many of our Fontana families have been asking about the installation of the play structure and shade structure. Per our Facilities Use Agreement with the Fontana Unified School District, these projects are the responsibility of the district.
The latest update from FUSD indicates that the plans are still with civil engineers and must reach 80% completion before being submitted to the Division of the State Architect (DSA) for approval. The district is awaiting confirmation from their architect on next steps.
We will continue to share updates as soon as we receive them. Thank you for your patience as we work with FUSD to ensure these much-anticipated improvements move forward for our Wolves. |

This Week’s Social Emotional Learning(SEL) Skill: Teamwork 🌟
Teamwork means working together with other people to reach a shared goal. It includes listening to each other’s ideas, taking turns, helping when someone needs support, and doing your part, even when it feels challenging.
When we use teamwork, we show respect, build trust, and understand that we can often do more together than we can alone. 🤝💚
💬 Character Skill Reflections: - Why is it important to use teamwork in the classroom?
- What can you do if you don’t agree with a teammate you are working with?
- Name 3 things you can do to be a good teammate at school.
If you have any questions or would like counseling support for your child, you can reach Mr. Thornhill at (909) 258-9937 or via email at aodhan.thornhill@asathrive.org
Counseling Resources🧠 |
Here are simple ways families can practice teamwork at home (TK–8th Grade):
1️⃣ Family Jobs Work together to complete chores like setting the table or cleaning up toys.
2️⃣ Problem-Solve Together Talk through challenges as a family and listen to everyone’s ideas.
3️⃣ Take Turns & Share Practice waiting, sharing materials, and respecting others’ ideas.
4️⃣ Encourage Each Other Use kind words like, “Good job helping!” or “Thank you for working with me.”
5️⃣ Play Team Games Board games, puzzles, or group activities build cooperation and communication.
Practicing teamwork at home helps our Wolves build cooperation, respect, and strong relationships. 🐺⭐ |
