Spread a little kindness and brighten someone’s day with a Kindness Gram!
✨ Kindness Grams are just $1.00 each and will be sold Monday, February 2nd through Wednesday, February 11th.
The process is super easy: • Fill out the form be sure to include the student’s grade so we can deliver it correctly. • Place the completed form and $1 (per Kindness Gram) in an envelope or plastic bag. • Turn it in to your teacher.
Students will go home with this form on Monday, February 2nd. Attached is the form in case your student would like to purchase more Kindness Grams.

We know many of our Fontana families have been asking about the installation of the play structure and shade structure. Per our Facilities Use Agreement with the Fontana Unified School District, these projects are the responsibility of the district.
The latest update from FUSD indicates that the plans are still with civil engineers and must reach 80% completion before being submitted to the Division of the State Architect (DSA) for approval. The district is awaiting confirmation from their architect on next steps.
We will continue to share updates as soon as we receive them. Thank you for your patience as we work with FUSD to ensure these much-anticipated improvements move forward for our Wolves. |

This Week’s Social Emotional Learning(SEL) Skill: Stress Management🧠
Stress management is learning healthy ways to notice when you feel worried, overwhelmed, or upset. It means using tools like breathing, talking to someone, taking breaks, or positive thinking to calm your body and mind so you can feel better and handle challenges. 🌿💚
💬 Character Skill Reflections: - What are some things that cause you stress? (i.e., feel worried, overwhelmed, or upset)
- How can you get through these feelings in a healthy way? How would doing this help your stress?
- Why is it important to handle these stressful emotions in a healthy way?
If you have any questions or would like counseling support for your child, you can reach Mr. Thornhill at (909) 258-9937 or via email at aodhan.thornhill@asathrive.org
Counseling Resources🧠 |
Supporting your child’s well-being can be simple and fun! Here are easy ways to get moving at home:
1️⃣ Energize Your Brain (All Ages) Short bursts of movement stretching, dancing, or hopping to help wake up the brain and improve focus.
2️⃣ Move Together, Grow Together (All Ages) Turn movement into family time! Evening walks, outdoor play, or fun fitness challenges are a great way to stay active together.
3️⃣ Slow It Down & Reset (TK–6th) Gentle stretches or slow breathing help younger students relax, manage emotions, and reset for the day.
4️⃣ Active Learning in Action (Upper Grades) Combine learning with movement practice vocabulary while walking, count steps for math, or review facts during active play.
When our Wolves stay active, they strengthen their minds, bodies, and emotional well-being one move at a time. 💛🐺✨ |
