Spring is in the air, and with it comes a season full of opportunities to bloom, connect, and celebrate together. This week is packed with ways for families to get involved—we’d love to see you! 💚

🔹 Tuesday @ 4:30 PM – Join us for our ELAC meeting, followed by our School Site Council meeting. Your voice and input are valuable as we shape what’s ahead. 💚

Pre-Order Process

This is a PRE-ORDER, meaning all orders must be placed by the store closing date.

After the store closes, the vendor will order the garments and begin printing.

Order Policy 📜

Once orders are submitted, they CANNOT be edited—only canceled within 24 hours of placement or before the store closes (whichever comes first).

⚠️ ALL SALES ARE FINAL—please use the provided sizing charts as a guide!

If you need to cancel an order, contact PACK immediately via email 📧 fontanapack@asathrive.org so we can notify the vendor.

Order Distribution 📦

Orders will be distributed via the school and to each teacher/student.

We can expect to have orders in 3-4 weeks ⏳ AFTER the store closes.

One-Time Order 🛒

This is a ONE-TIME ORDER, so don’t miss your chance to grab everything you want!

🐾 Trust me, once you see others wearing these items, you’ll wish you ordered more—think ahead for warm and cold weather, future years, and for family members, too!

safeTALK Workshop: safeTALK prepares participants to recognize and support a person with thoughts of suicide. Participants will learn to recognize signs and symptoms of suicide, move beyond the common tendency to miss, dismiss, and avoid suicide, and connect a person with thoughts of suicide to the help they need. Medication at School

If your child requires daily, as needed, and/or emergency medication in the health office for the 2024-2025 school year please make sure you have completed all the medication forms required.

All medication, including prescribed and over the counter must have a physician signed authorization form. Please visit the Health Office Web Page-ASA Thrive Fontana, to find all the necessary forms required for your child’s medical needs.

Immunization Requirements

This is a reminder regarding Immunization requirements for the 2024-2025 school year. If you haven't done so already, please make an appointment now with your child’s doctor to ensure that they receive all school required vaccines. You can now request access to your child’s Digital Vaccine Record to provide proof of immunizations.

The health and safety of your child is very important to us here at Allegiance STEAM Academy Thrive. Please do not forget to inform the health office of any health concerns you have regarding your child.

We are pleased to inform you that all enrolled students at Allegiance STEAM Academy are eligible to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at school at NO CHARGE for the 2024-2025 school year! No further action is required of you.
